Holiday Toy Assistance Program 2025
This program is designed to provide holiday gifts for families in need with children ages 0–12 this holiday season (while supplies last).

How to Apply
You can apply in person, by appointment, between November 3 – December 12.

Hours:
Mondays: 9 AM – 1 PM (By appointment only)
Tuesdays: 9 AM – 1 PM (By appointment only)
Wednesdays: 12:30 PM – 4 PM (By appointment only)
Thursdays: 12:30 PM – 4 PM (Walk-ins welcome)
Closed on November 11, 27, and 28.
Please note:
You can only apply with one agency.
Age group 0–12 only.
Clients must have all required documentation at the time of appointment. No exceptions.
This program is open to families in low-income households who must meet eligibility requirements with supporting documentation.
Families need the following documentation:
Picture ID for the person filling out the application
Proof of residence
Proof of total income for the past 30 days
ID for all children for whom the application is made
Social Security numbers for all members of the household
Acceptable Documentation
Picture ID:
Benefit card, Driver’s license, Sheriff’s card, Student ID, Grant letter
Proof of Residence:
Current utility bill, Landlord’s statement, SSI letter, Grant letter
Social Security #:
Original cards, Government-issued ID with SS#
Proof of Income (past 30 days):
PA: Award letter or current budget sheet
UEB: Unemployment book or recent check stub
Working: Pay stubs verifying last 30 days’ income
SSI, SSD, Social Security, Compensation, or NYS Disability: Award letter or most recent stub
PA: Public Assistance card
